Our success and achievements of our work is due to our staff's dedication and tremendous contribution. We are committed to the development of our staff and we allocate resources annually towards their training and development. We have a programme of care and counselling for our employees and are planning to further expand this in 2009. Along with the above multi-disciplinary team there are a number of Volunteers working as Aftercare facilitators.
Following an in-house evaluation carried out at the end of 2005, three care workers and a weekend relief worker were employed. Our staff complement is to match the Child Care requirements and Best Practice.
