Flora Women’s Mini Marathon 2011

The Flora Women's Mini Marathon takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, 6th June 2011. Please help raise much needed funds for Aislinn Centre. 
To register for this event please visit http://www.florawomensminimarathon.ie/. Official entry forms are also available on the Evening Herald. Registration €17/€18 and all participants will receive a timing chip before the race and a medal once the race is completed. Closing date for entries in Wednesday 27th April 2011.
To support the Aislinn Centre you must first of all have registered as above, then contact Caitriona on 056-8833777 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). You will be sent an Aislinn Centre sponsorship card and if you prefer you can set up your own sponsorship page on MyCharity.ie which is a convenient way to get sponsorship securely on line from friends and family around the world. You will also receive a t-shirt before the race if you support the Aislinn Centre.
To encourage friends, family or colleagues to sponsor you we recommend to aim for €10 per kilometre (race distance is 10km) ie ask 5 friends to sponsor €2 each for 1 km, ask 2 colleagues to sponsor €5 each for another km etc. If you don't reach this do not worry as we are grateful for any sponsorship large and small.
