Customised Duration
The treatment plan is identified between the client and the therapist. A flexible and adaptable approach is used, specific to each clients needs.
A visit to a hairdresser or job interview during treatment etc are facilitated. An important component of the treatment plan includes conferences with HSE counsellors regarding clients present and on-going needs. this allows a safer and easier transition for client from residential to community agency. Clients have attended courses outside of Aislinn grounds.
During or after assessment referrals are made to other professionals and agencies. Assessment is the gathering of information from client, family, community counsellor and other agencies. Based on client’s information and desire the most appropriate treatment is recommended by an accredited counsellor.
